It’s always a highlight of Harper HQ’s event calendar to attend the sod-cutting ceremony for one of our sites.
Recently we had the pleasure of joining teams from Monmouthshire Housing Association, as well as Councillors from Monmouthshire County Council and a representative from Rural Affairs at our stunning site at Rockfield Farm in Undy for the age-old tradition of the turning of the first sod, a ground-breaking ceremony marking a significant milestone in any construction project; celebrating the start of a new venture for all parties and the local community.
Once complete, this significant scheme will boast 32 energy-efficient homes designed to achieve an EPC A rating, ensuring a positive impact on both the community and the environment.
