Harper Group Construction are working in partnership with Stafford and Rural Homes. The local school, Springcroft Primary School, kindly hosted a naming event where a pupil won a competition to name the site, combining elements of the site’s history.
The £1.3 million Stafford and Rural Homes project is to build affordable one-bedroom apartments and two and three bedroomed homes off Grindley Lane, Blythe Bridge.
Antony Rees, Group Managing Director, said “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with SARH for the new development of 13 dwellings at Spring Lodge. We have a history of delivering excellent housing schemes in the Midlands and look forward to giving the local community new excellent quality housing.”
