Description
J.Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd were appointed by City of Wolverhampton Council for the design and build of 8 No. Flats and 3 No. Houses. The dwellings are a traditional build with a concrete roof tile covering, UPVC windows and sound proof glass. The gardens are turfed with shrubs within planted areas. The houses also have PV solar panels installed on the roofs which are south facing for best performance.
Wolverhampton Road amongst the other Wolverhampton Contract jobs were developed as a pilot for new homes within the area.
J.Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd procured material items and subcontract labour from within the local community, utilising numerous local companies and organisations within the Wolverhampton area.
