We are proud to be working in partnership with Two Rivers Housing to construct seven no. dwellings at the old Stagholt Pavilion Site in Stonehouse.
A site tour took place on 30th January with Two Rivers Housing along with representatives from Homes England, Stroud District Council, Standish Parish Council and the Mayor of Stonehouse.
The scheme includes seven no. two-bedroom houses, which will comprise of three no. shared ownership homes and four no. affordable homes.
Timber frame works are now complete on site, with staircases being installed and first fix mechanical and electrical works commencing later this week.
We look forward to seeing the development progress and continue our partnership with Two Rivers Housing.
