Description
Harper Group Construction Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver a new steel framed metal clad house for a Private Client.
The scheme was contracted following negotiations and incorporated some individual designs that were specific to this particular dwelling.
The very nature to the position of the dwelling caused certain logistical challenges, as it was situated on the top of a hill, where access to delivery vehicles and cranes was not achievable.
The mechanical and electrical installations included ground source heat pumps and PV panels.
The project proactively demonstrates Harper Group Construction Ltd’s ability to deliver and execute builds of all natures to an exceptionally high standard.
