J. Harper and Sons (Leominster) Ltd constructed 6 no. timber frame affordable homes for Festival Housing, the houses were built with a combination of brick and render detail, utilising locally sourced stone to form a string course detail, to form a break between the finishes. The properties benefit from UPVC windows and front doors. The development has been constructed to fully comply with NHBC, Local authority building control and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
Internally the houses are fitted with energy efficient boilers, kitchen layouts have been designed to complement the build, Armitage bathroom suits to all bathrooms and WC’s. The project was handed over on budget and ahead of contract programme.
