Working with Sandwell Council, we are proud to be delivering 25 new homes across 3 sites in West Bromwich and Smethwick.
Church Hill Street is in the early stages, substructures to the lower part of the site are being completed as well as a S185 drainage diversion. This is a technically challenging site, with a number of level differences and a live access road through to the existing properties.
Albion Road and Bull Lane are two smaller developments. Superstructures are nearing completion with first fix trades commencing in the coming week.
We are looking forward to seeing these sites progress.
