2021 was a successful year, working closely with Wolverhampton Homes to secure 11 garage sites across the city.
Works have now commenced on three of the developments; Wolmer Road, Batmans Hill Road and Simmons Road, helping to provide much needed affordable housing on small parcels of disused land.
We are excited to see these developments come to life and are looking forward to getting started on the remaining sites.
