Just two miles from Kidderminster town centre, we’re working with Community Housing to reutilise brownfield land into 5 semi-detached houses. A mixture of two and three-bedroomed properties, Kimberlee Avenue will soon boast two new houses available for shared ownership and three for affordable rent.
The design concept includes the provision of high-quality housing which will not overpower the existing neighbouring properties and will be contextual to its surroundings, in addition to having wheelchair access and other design principles for people with disabilities.
