We’re working with Citizen to build more affordable homes in Coventry.
Located within Cheylesmore, close to Coventry City Centre, this scheme comprises of 30 retirement living flats and has been designed to include a communal lounge, kitchenette and meeting area.
The development will provide a supply of housing required to meet the needs of the local community, in addition to supporting the social and cultural wellbeing of current and future generations.
Executive Director of Development at Citizen, Nick Byrne, said: “The scheme will provide modern day homes for people who are over 55 and will replace some of our outdated accommodation… As part of looking to the future and our impact on the environment, these homes will be built without gas and the photovoltaic panels will help generate electricity for the building.”
