Last week was Rural Housing Week, with the average house price having increased by 9.4% across England, it’s important that we are able to provide affordable, sustainable living for those in rural locations.

Working together, our focus is on providing affordable homes in rural settings that families are able to afford to run. We are committed to working with our clients to support local infrastructures, whereby smaller towns and villages are able to continue to thrive from localised spending.
We are delighted that we are able to continue to support local rural communities. This will help residents whose circumstances may have recently changed and have therefore become dependent on affordable housing.
