Last week we had the pleasure of being invited to the Grand Opening of Clos Yr Hen Ysgol, Llanidloes.
Following our successful partnership with Powys County Council’s New Development Team, together we delivered 22 affordable homes to the local town.
We were overjoyed with the feedback we received from the new residents, the Deputy Leader and portfolio Holder Cllr Matthew Dorrance and local Councillors who were delighted that we had been able to deliver new high quality, affordable housing to Llanidloes.
This development has helped to not only increase the housing stock for Powys County Council but also reduce the wait time for those who are in need of council housing.
We hope that the new residents are very happy in their new homes. 🏡
