Working in partnership with Black Country Housing Group, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of 15 affordable homes, which comprise of a mix of 12, 2 bed apartments and 3, 2 bed houses in Cradley Heath.
The high-quality residential development has strong character which is sympathetic with the surrounding context, delivering new affordable rented homes that achieve good levels of long-term sustainability through a fabric first approach.
The new homes meet the housing need of the local people and sensitively responds to the surrounding character to create an attractive and vibrant residential area.
The development was based upon the Building for Life 12 assessment and in accordance with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s Residential Guide 2014. These industry standards consider the integration of new housing developments into neighbourhoods to create a place, street and home for the arriving residents which collaboratively, we have successfully achieved.
