A true example of the importance of work experience placements 🛠
Josh, a Level 1 Multi-trades operative at Walsall College is back with us for a second time after showing further dedication to his studies.
He first completed a week’s work placement on Fereday Road, Walsall back in January and was motivated to continue improving his classroom work ethic with a view of returning to site.
Josh is an excellent example of how work placements improve the mindset of young people. It has not only allowed him to gain site-based experience, it has also encouraged him to excel in the classroom.
