This development of 5 houses on behalf of Walsall Housing Group is nearing completion and we are looking forward to handing over the keys to the new residents.
The scheme comprises of five, 3-bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes for affordable rent.
Not only is this scheme providing affordable housing for local families, it has given over 15 construction students from Walsall College the opportunity to gain hands on work experience. We have seen some excellent examples of how work placements have improved the mindsets of young people, encouraging them to purse their career goals.
We are proud to have worked with local people and organisations throughout the duration of this development and hope to deliver further successful schemes in the future.
