We are pleased to be working alongside Sandwell Council to provide 18 new homes to the Tipton area 🏠
The project will see the construction of ten bungalows and eight apartments for social rent.
Two of the bungalows are to be constructed to meet Part M of the building regulations and will have full access for wheelchair users.
Not only this, working with Sandwell Council we are able to provide an efficient, sustainable and low energy development by introducing innovative technology such as solar panels.
We are looking forward to transforming this greenfield site and assisting with the creation of more affordable and accessible housing.
