New Apartments Completed in Herefordshire!
We are delighted to announce that we have completed 14 new retirement apartments at Great Western Court.
Working with Railway Housing Association on the scheme, the 14 apartments boast a modern, safe environment for the over 60’s who may need to move because their current homes no longer meet their needs; all in a centralised location in the historic city of Hereford.
Recently, we had the pleasure of meeting Hilary, Scheme Manager and some of the residents to find out what the construction of 14 new apartments means for them.
Hilary, Scheme Manager said:
“As Manager of the scheme where the extension works took place, I would like to say that throughout the works I found the Harpers team to show a great ‘can do’ attitude when any issues came up.
They were understanding of the fact that the new build included the existing building and soon became popular amongst the residents. A pleasant, polite, and professional team who have left us with 14 lovely new flats, communal rooms, and gardens, that will enhance our community at Great Western Court.”
Railway Housing’s Chief Executive, Matt Sugden also added:
“We are delighted that the work on the new apartments is now compete and we looking forward to welcoming new residents to our lovely community here at Great Western Court.”
