With the scaffolding now dropped you can see the aesthetics of the new housing scheme in Rowley Regis.
Working in collaboration with Black Country Housing Group and Zebra Architects, the project will provide 42 apartments for Affordable Rent.
The schemes focus on sustainability has led to the implementation of various measures including; employment of local contractors, promoting car sharing and public transport, on-site waste segregation, and monitoring energy usage. The new building will also benefit from EV charging points, bicycle storage, and sensored lighting in communal areas to further reduce carbon footprints. We are proud to be contributing to a more sustainable, carbon-free future with this project.
Internal second fix works are currently ongoing, with finishing works well underway. External works have commenced with services and landscaping starting to shape the development.
