Great progress at Aspen Grange!
We are thrilled to be working in partnership with Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing on the development of 40 dwellings in swestry.
Construction of the final phase of the development is nearing completion. We are currently focusing on the internal fit-out, including decorations and second fix works to the apartments.
Externally, the car park and courtyard are taking shape, providing a glimpse of the beautiful amenity spaces residents will enjoy.
We are excited to see the site at Aspen Grange transform into a vibrant community with stylish apartments, houses, bungalows and a fantastic community facility.
