We are excited to announce the completion of the refurbishment project at former Brighton House in Newcastle-under-Lyme! In partnership with Aspire Housing, we have effectively transformed the former care home into 19 high-quality, affordable one and two-bedroom apartments.
These new homes are specifically designed for over-55s, offering purpose-built, age-friendly features to promote independent living.
Situated in the heart of Silverdale, a former colliery town, the apartments now known as The Sidings, are just a short distance from the stunning Silverdale Country Park, a Site of Biological Importance renowned for its rich wildlife habitat.
