🏠 Beattie Avenue: This exciting development offers a variety of housing options, including 71 bungalows and houses. Several properties were thoughtfully designed with specific end-user needs in mind, featuring customised specifications to ensure maximum comfort and accessibility.
🏠 Dean Swift Close: We have expanded an existing dwelling to create a more suitable living space for the homeowner.
🏠 Great Western Court: This project involved extending the existing supported living facility to include 14 modern apartments and a spacious communal area. Accessibility is a top priority, with a lift and level access throughout the building. Each apartment features a wet room, wider doorways, and generous living spaces.
🏠 Richmond House: This development comprises 11 houses and 1 bungalow. The bungalow was designed with the end user’s specific requirements in mind, incorporating features such as a wet room, a rise and fall kitchen, and wider doorways.
