We are proud to announce the successful development of a modern housing project on a once-derelict brownfield site in Rowley Regis.
In collaboration with Black Country Housing Group, we have transformed this area to provide 42 brand-new apartments, all available for affordable rent.
The construction involved the installation of two lifts, a misting system and stunning outdoor spaces featuring balconies and patios. Additionally, we ensured to incorporate appealing external elevations to enhance the aesthetic of the area.
The new dwellings combine traditional construction methods with timber frame elements, creating a unique and sustainable living environment.
