We have been selected to complete the partially constructed residential development at Vale Road in Stourport. This exciting project, in partnership with Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, will bring 33 affordable rent apartments to the community.
The development comprises a mix of 21 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments, offering a variety of housing options to suit different needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes that meet the needs of local residents.
The new properties will help will help address the shortage of affordable housing in the area, providing much-needed homes for local residents. By completing the Vale Road project, we are contributing to the ongoing revitalisation of Stourport and improving the quality of life for its residents.
