✨ From Past to Present: Former Mali Jenkins House Starts a New Chapter ✨
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of 18 affordable apartments in Walsall. This transformative project, undertaken on behalf of Habinteg, has provided much needed housing to the local community in place of the former Mali Jenkins House.
The impact of the development extends beyond providing housing and contributes to the revitalisation of the local area by creating a community hub.
Throughout construction on the development, we worked closely with Walsall College to accommodate valuable Work Experience opportunities to Level 1 bricklayers. Following multiple visits, the students received hands-on experience and a glimpse into the construction industry.
We are proud to have played a role in this significant project and look forward to continuing our work with Habinteg and other partners to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing solutions for communities across the region.
