Works are progressing on Phase One at Bath Street in Hereford.
Construction of superstructure will shortly be complete ready for the third-floor timber frame installation on the North Block. Re-roofing works to the existing buildings have also commenced.
Trusses have been installed on the Central Block and roofing works have commenced; 1st Fix carpentry will be following shortly after. We will also be installing plywood over the complete area for the kalzip standing seam roofing / cladding.
Internally, metal studwork and ceilings will commence shortly with first fix trades following on.
