Harper Group are delighted to be working in partnership with Bromford Housing on their development at Berrington Road, Chipping Campden.
The development will include the construction of 4 No. 1 bedroomed bungalows, together with external works, car parking and landscaping.
The bungalows will follow the lifetime home criteria. This concept is based on principles that provide adaptions, accessibility and affordability to residents who require these adaptations in their homes. Some examples walls that are built to be able to take adaptions and distance from the car parking space to be kept to a minimum.
The works commenced last month. Demolition works have already been completed on site to replace existing garages, with foundation groundworks currently underway.
