We are working with Aspire Housing to bring a new lease of life to Brighton House, a former care home in Silverdale.
Our renovation, now named The Sidings, is underway with works comprising of the design, construction and completion of 19 new community living apartments together with external works, services and drainage. Altogether, this will form 16 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments for over-55’s to accommodate.
