The design has incorporated an energy efficient strategy on the scheme, utilising PV panels with battery storage to reduce the carbon footprint of the homes.
One of the highlights of this project is the area that has been set aside to construct a new car park for use by the parish, neighbouring school and residents. By creating this space, it will mitigate high volume traffic, making it safer and more convenient for the local community. The design of the scheme is in keeping with the local aesthetic, incorporating grasscrete to blend seamlessly with the surroundings.
