We’re working with Cerris Homes to build more houses in Newcastle Under Lyme 🏠
We have been selected to build these 2 semi-detached units together with external works, services and drainage. Both comprising of three bedrooms and offered for shared ownership, the properties will possess an open plan kitchen/dining room, opening on to an external garden deck.
These new builds will provide an area of fibre cement cladding boards at first floor level using quality materials, and seamlessly blend in to the rest of the street with its red brick and grey tile appearance.
We look forward to seeing this scheme progress to its final product where it will complement the rest of the housing along Hillport Avenue.
