From an artist impression to the final project! We are proud to have handed over another development on behalf of BMHT.
The brownfield development is situated in a small area, east of Birmingham City Centre called Tile Cross. The name originates from the tile production at the former quarry that existed on what is now parkland.
This development has been constructed to assist BMHT in meeting the Birmingham Development Plan (2017), allowing them to create; safe, diverse and inclusive communities, accommodate the growing population and contribute to a more sustainable City that minimises waste and promotes brownfield regeneration.
Since their formation in 2009, Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust have delivered over 3000 new homes; we are honoured to have been a part of this.
We are looking forward to continuing our positive working relationship with BMHT and helping them to deliver high quality, affordable housing across Birmingham.
