Harper Group are pleased to announce the handover of Rose Avenue, Worcester, in partnership with Platform Housing Group.
This £3.3 million development was split into two phases. Existing commercial units and flats were demolished to make way for new houses, bungalows and apartments, leading to the second phase which saw the construction of twelve new homes.
We erected 7 houses, 16 apartments, 2 bungalows and 3 commercial units, utilising both timber frame and traditional construction methods. The redevelopment was carefully considered throughout, to allow the commercial units to remain fully operational during the build by phasing the works.
These works were carried out in line with local demand for a new, safer environment. We are proud to have assisted in the creation of a vibrant centre featuring new, improved units which serve the surrounding community.
