Works have officially begun at Himley Road a development which is being constructed on behalf of Dudley Council.
The site was previously occupied by a disused scout hall where large overgrown areas had surrounded, however these 4 new houses will offer a fresh look along Himley Road.
The detached properties will be constructed using a fabric-first approach to reduce running costs by improving the levels of insulation, alongside other provisions which increase the sustainability of the dwellings.
