We are delighted to announce we have been awarded the contract for a rural housing scheme on the outskirts of the Cotswold village of Avening, near Tetbury.
Working in partnership with Gloucestershire Rural Housing Association c/o Bromford, the development is a mixture of affordable rent and shared ownership, including 6 maisonettes, 2 detached houses and 6 semi-detached houses. The development will also incorporate renewable technology in an effort to meet the UK’s net zero target.
