We will soon be starting on site to help deliver 18 brand new homes on behalf of Habinteg.
The three-storey block of apartments being constructed in Walsall will replace the formerly known, Mali Jenkins House. The care home had fallen into severe disrepair since its closure several years ago. Now, following demolition, we’ll be breathing new life back into the site by creating one and two bedroomed accessible apartments for vulnerable residents.
We look forward to the commencement of works and are pleased to be delivering more affordable homes to the West Midlands.
