Following our longstanding partnership with Connexus we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Oakfield Close, Brockton contract to construct 3 new residential dwellings.
The works comprise of the demolition of an existing single-storey
garage block and implementing the associated access road, gardens and parking spaces.
The site was also previously occupied by 2 semi-detached houses, which became uninhabitable due to a domestic fire and have since been demolished.
We are looking forward to working alongside Connexus to deliver affordable housing to the rural village of Brockton.
