We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for construction works on the former Robert Owen House building on behalf of Powys County Council.
The project consists of constructing 3 two storey blocks comprising of 32 one-bedroom apartments within the centre of Newtown. 🏠
The development utilises Modern Methods of Construction alongside an array of new renewable energy technologies, with all properties anticipated an EPC rating of A.
We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Powys County Council to provide another much needed housing development within Powys.
