Demolition has now started on this highly anticipated makeover project at the former residential care facility.
Johnstone Close was a sought-after location for the elderly, comprising of flats and a communal facility for over 40 years. But now times have changed and it will be given a new lease of life and regenerated.
This brand-new development will create 20 new homes including traditional Walk Up flats and Timber Frame houses. With the stunning Malvern Hills as a backdrop this is bound to be a popular development for people in the local community.
