It’s been twelve months since the completion of Gerardsfield Road.
The design principles for these three dwellings were based on standards set out in Housing Quality Indicators, Building Regulations, Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes.
The house types comprised of narrow fronted units which fit seamlessly into the surrounding urban fabric, as they emulate the two-storey high residential dwellings within the area. These house types were not only constructed to promote a sense of place, but also so they contribute to the identity of the neighbourhood.
This fantastic development enabled us to contribute to Birmingham’s housing demand and provide more properties in Tile Cross for affordable rent.
