We are excited to be working with Powys County Council on the construction of 22 affordable properties within the area of Llanidloes.
As part of the council’s commitment to invest in housing over the next five years, the redevelopment of the former livestock market will comprise of; bungalows, dormer bungalows and houses ranging from two to four bedrooms.
The dwellings will be of timber frame construction utilising Welsh timber, along with using local supply and labour throughout the development.
