Another successful handover with Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust took place at the end of February.
The development comprises of two, 5 bedroom homes for Social Rent at Grosvenor Road, Birmingham over three stories, with ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom and large rear gardens. Each property can house a family of 8 people.
