Ground Breaking New Development in Undy 🚨
In partnership with Monmouthshire Housing Association and Rider Levett Bucknall RLB, Harpers have been appointed to construct the first phase of the Rockfield Farm development.
This exciting project includes the construction of 32 energy-efficient homes, featuring a mix of Timber Framed houses, bungalows, and Walk Up flats. All homes will be designed to achieve an EPC A rating, incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels. These sustainable features will not only reduce energy consumption but also contribute to a greener future. 🍃
To kick off this project, we will be undertaking significant groundwork on the Northern Parcel of the site. This includes the strategic removal and reuse of rock from the Southern Parcel, a sustainable approach that minimises our Environmental Impact.
