They will be designed and built to the highest standard, utilising Signature New Homes bronze, silver and gold specifications throughout the development; offering affordable, open market and shared ownership properties. This will give first-time buyers the much-needed opportunity to get onto the property ladder.
Construction commenced last month with foundations and substructure works ongoing, enabling timber frame works to commence. As part of the drainage design, an attenuation pond will be constructed to facilitate the discharge of storm water upon completion.
