We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with Aspire Housing to undertake works at Hodgkinson Street in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
With evidence that there is a need for elderly persons accommodation in the local area, in addition to suitable housing for disabled persons and their families, this scheme aims to reduce this issue.
Together for affordable rent, the two properties will comprise of a two-bedroom bungalow for elderly persons and a three-bedroom dormer bungalow suitable for someone with disabilities and their family.
We are proud to have been appointed these works that will help to ensure those with various needs are continuing to receive housing that is more accessible for them.
