Hollybank Road, is situated in a suburb five miles south of Birmingham city centre known as Billesley.
Formerly an old garage site, we worked with Birmingham City Council to transform the area for future families. The land now boasts a mixture of two-bedroom bungalows along with two and three-bedroom houses, with allocated parking and private gardens.
This development was designed specifically for the area and promotes contemporary, sustainable living using modern methods of construction.
