We are excited to be working in partnership with Cheltenham Borough Homes Ltd on the construction of eight dwellings in Cheltenham. The scheme will bring much needed affordable housing to the area.
The development includes the demolition of existing Holy Name Hall. The hall was previously used as a badminton court from 1996 but recently fell into disuse.
Demolition of the existing building has taken place and piling works have been completed allowing for groundworks to commence.
The site will comprise of eight two-bedroom timber frame houses, with large rear gardens and private off-road parking for each property.
We look forward to working with Cheltenham Borough Homes to regenerate this disused area and help improve the aesthetics for the surrounding properties.
