PROGRESS REPORT – Hornbeam Close 📝
The South West scheme at Hornbeam Close is coming to life! 🤩
Working with LiveWest on the development of 21 NewHomes comprising of houses, flats and bungalows.
The focus of this scheme is to create accessible homes, some of which include independent and supported living properties, specially designed to be wheelchair friendly.
Situated in the flourishing town of Bradley Stoke on the borders of Gloucester and Bristol, just a stone’s throw from the Severn Estuary.
The site is really starting to take shape with all of the foundations and framework completed, along with majority of the roof coverings, including our environmental Green Roof concept, being installed!
Internally, second fix works are well underway keeping us on track for an anticipated handover date of Summer 2024.
