J. Harper & Sons are delighted to share the news of the successful £1 Million refurbishment of How Caple Grange, Hereford.
The project consisted of a complete refurbishment of the sizeable Georgian Country House Hotel. This has now been transformed to create this amazing international boarding house for Hereford Cathedral school, finished to a very high standard.
The refurbishment converted the building into a boarding house with 31 bed spaces. Remodelling works also took place, including the construction of two new staircases, over-boarding and upgrading fire protection of ceilings, insulating the existing roof construction and new fixtures, fittings and finishes throughout.
