Harper Group are delighted to be working with Aspire Housing on the construction of a £2.4 million development on numerous small parcels of land in Knutton.
Works will include the construction of 20 No dwellings that consist of 3 bedroom houses along with 2 and 1 bedroom flats.
Each development will be phased throughout the next year with the first project having already commenced October this year and ending with the last phase in late 2020.
The properties will be of a traditional construction together with associated external works and the creation of car parking spaces.
