Last month, we had the pleasure of holding a client event on site at Lime Tree Road, Billbrook.
Works are well underway on the three terraced homes for social rent that are being constructed on behalf of Housing Plus Group. The development will provide much needed housing for local people who would otherwise be priced out of the market.
This development is one of three small-scale sites, that we are currently constructing on behalf of Housing Plus Group. A further 10 homes are being built on a rural exception site in Shop Lane, Oaken and a purpose-built bungalow with special adaptions is also underway in Kinver.
We were overjoyed with the feedback that was received about the development and we are looking forward to seeing how they progress over the coming months.
