A scheme for 9 Bungalows to be built on Brunel Road will commence within the next few months.
J. Harper & Sons will be working with Strata Housing Service (The Wrekin Housing Trust) to provide 9 Bungalows as affordable homes within the area.
Two of the bungalows will be wheelchair units and one will be an adapted bungalow. To provide residents much needed adaptations in their homes.
The properties will be of a traditional brick and block construction. They will be built in six blocks, a mixture of red brick, render and cladding panels and the roofs will have concrete interlocking rooftiles.
The first phase will begin with the removal and relocation of a bus shelter to form the new site access road.
